Tracking numbers automatically appear in the Order Details screen once BERNINA ships the item. Customers also receive an automated email with tracking information.

Yes. Many products can be configured with multiple fulfillment options including Store Pickup, Ship From Store or BERNINA Dropship depending on product eligibility (Note: Products cannot simultaneously be set as Ship From Store and BERNINA Dropship).

BERNINA machine fulfillment rules are determined by BERNINA. All BERNINA machines are restricted to Store Pickup Only within Commerce Connection.

Yes. Product fulfillment settings can be updated at any time within Commerce Connection depending on how you want the product to be offered online.

Only bernette machines, BERNINA accessories and bernette accessories can be configured with the BERNINA Dropship setting to be transmitted to BERNINA for fulfillment. Eligibility is determined by BERNINA fulfillment rules.

For BERNINA Dropship orders, payment is captured once the order is shipped and marked completed. For Store Ship orders, payment is captured once the tracking details are entered by the dealer which then marks the order as completed. For Store Pickup orders, the payment is captured when the order is marked as completed by the dealer (after the customer picks the item up from the store).

Funds are then paid out through Stripe based on your payout schedule.

You should mark the order as “Restock Needed” and order the item through your normal BERNINA ordering process. Once the item arrives, update the order to “Ready for Pickup.”

Funds are deposited into your bank account according to the payout schedule configured in your Stripe account settings.
