Pricing FAQ

What dealers ask about BCC pricing.

Sign a new agreement by Dec 31, 2026 and Rewards, Sales Commissions and Timeclock & Scheduling are free until 12/2027. Agentic Commerce is free until 12/2026 while it launches. At each free-until date, the module auto-rolls to its normal monthly price — you can cancel the add-on then with no penalty.

Standard $500: your online store goes live, catalog loaded, basic config, DNS switched. Guided $1,500: full migration from LikeSew, Shopify or another platform — products, customers, loyalty balances, order history, URL redirects — plus hands-on team training. Also waives the one-time setup fees on add-on modules.

Three terminals per location at $200/mo. Event terminals — the ones you drag out for trade shows or classes — are free. Each additional day-to-day terminal is $100/mo. Inventory is included with POS at no extra charge (it’s $100/mo on its own).

Pillar 1 (Sell Online) and Pillar 3 (Grow) are one subscription for the dealership. Pillar 2 (Sell In-Store) is per location — a second store adds its POS + Inventory + Service & Repair + Timeclock at the per-location prices. Timeclock adds $30/mo per additional location after the free-until-2027 window.

Coming-soon module that optimizes your storefront for AI browsing and shopping — the agent-driven shopping experiences coming out of the big AI platforms. It’s $100/mo at list price and free until 12/2026 for anyone who signs a year-end agreement.

Month-to-month on the subscription. The year-end offer requires a signed agreement by Dec 31, 2026 to lock in the free modules through their free-until dates — but there’s no multi-year commitment required to run on BCC.

The monthly subscription covers software. Card processing goes through Stripe (online and at the POS via the Stripe S700 reader) at Stripe’s standard rates — no extra platform fee from BCC on top. No 0.5–2% gateway surcharge the way Shopify charges when you use a non-Shopify processor.

Yes — readers are hardware, purchased directly from Stripe at their current price. We’ll walk you through ordering it on your onboarding call. The POS software itself runs in a browser on any station you already own.

You get 60 days’ notice before the free period ends. Keep the module and it rolls to the list price at the next billing cycle. Not using it? Drop it from your plan with one click — no cancellation fee, no clawback.
