Best machine I’ve ever owned.
The stitch quality is incredible and the threading is so much easier than my old machine. My BERNINA dealer walked me through every feature — couldn’t be happier with the experience.
Before they buy, your customers want to hear from people just like them. The Product Reviews module gives them everything they need to rate, write, illustrate — and verify — their experience.
A familiar 5-star overall rating plus optional per-quality ratings — Quality, Durability, Ease of use, whatever fits your catalogue. Each on its own 5-star scale.
Customers can attach photos and even short videos to their reviews. Set per-review limits, approve media before it goes live, or auto-publish — your call.
Every review tied to a completed order earns a Verified Purchase badge automatically — the trust signal shoppers look for. Reviews link to the exact SKU/variant the buyer purchased.
The summary block gives shoppers everything in seconds: the average score, a one-line sentiment summary, a 5-to-1 star breakdown, and per-attribute averages when you use them.
Reviews are only as valuable as they are trustworthy — so every step from submission to publication is configurable. Decide who can review, hold or auto-publish, blacklist words, approve photos before they show, and respond publicly to anything that needs it.
Customer writes their review on the Write a Review block. Photos & video optional. Live character counter.
Module checks who can review, length limits, blacklist words, external links — all per your settings.
Approve & publish, reject with a reason, or post a public store response. Approve photos & videos individually.
Require sign-in, require a verified purchase, allow guests — any combination.
Title cap, body cap, minimum characters — with a live counter on the form.
Maintain a list — each word holds for moderation or blocks the review outright.
Block, hold for moderation, or allow. Cuts most spam in one toggle.
Allow on/off, per-review caps, separate approval queue for media.
On to fast-track clean reviews; off to hold everything for manual approval.
The best reviews come from customers you nudge at the right moment. Send an invitation straight from the product’s Reviews tab — the link drops them onto a ready-to-go review form, even when you normally require verified purchase.
Hi Sarah, hope you’re loving the new machine! Would you mind sharing a quick review? It helps other sewists make their decision — and takes about a minute.

The Send Review Request screen lists every invite: Sent · Opened · Review submitted — with timestamps.
Seven ready-made views of your reviews, plus a custom builder so you can slice by date, rating, status, and verified purchases. Every report exports to CSV.

No. The module installs switched off and stays that way until you flip the master switch in Settings. Nothing renders on the storefront and the rest of the admin is hidden until then. Each BCC store keeps its own independent Product Reviews settings, so you can pilot on one store before rolling out to the others.
Allow guests on, require purchase off (so you can build a base of reviews), publish-clean-automatically off for the first week or two so you can hand-moderate everything, approve photos & videos on, reject reviews with links, and a small blacklist for profanity. Once you trust the flow, flip auto-publish on.
The badge shows when a review is tied to a completed order of that product by the reviewer. Reviews are linked to both the product and the exact sub-product (SKU/variant) the buyer purchased, so a customer who bought the green colourway and reviews the green colourway gets verified — even on a multi-variant product.
The blacklist is a list of words you choose. Each word is set to either hold for moderation or block the review. The link policy is one global setting that handles any review containing a URL — allow, hold, or reject. Use block for clear profanity, and hold for words that can be legitimate (a competitor name, for example) so you can judge them in context.
Yes — in the review’s detail screen there’s a Your response editor. Type your reply and click Post response, and it appears beneath the review on the storefront with a clear “Store response” label. A thoughtful public reply to a critical review often does more for trust than the review itself.
The conventional layout: a Rating Badge right under the product title, the Product Reviews block as the main reviews section further down the page, the Write a Review form directly below it, and optionally a Customers Say or Featured Review block near the top for the at-a-glance summary or testimonial.
