Purchase points
Every dollar spent online or at the counter earns points. Set the ratio yourself — and boost it for specific SKUs or categories.
Customers sign up with an email address, earn points on the actions you configure, watch their balance grow in one wallet across POS and online, and redeem for rewards you’ve curated. Simple loop, deep customization.
Customers sign up from your storefront, at checkout, or right at the counter. One email address gets them a wallet.

You control the catalog & point costTier progress, next-reward nudges, birthday bonuses, and expiry reminders bring them back. Retention becomes a loop.
Automated emails includedReward customers for buying, sure — but also for reviewing, referring friends, taking a class, or just showing up. Every earning rule is a toggle with a point value you set. Turn any of them on, off, or edit at any time.

Reward customers for taking the time to leave a written review. Extra points for verified purchases or reviews with photos & video.
When a member sends a friend who makes their first purchase, both get points. Grow through the sewists your best customers already know.
Everyone starts with something. A welcome bonus makes the wallet feel real from day one — and gives them a reason to log back in.
Double points all day on their birthday, plus a birthday reward automatically dropped in their wallet. A small gesture that lands big.
Every class they attend adds points. Perfect for dealers who run a full education calendar — students become regulars.
Share a product on social — points for a click, extra points if the click brings a buyer. Optional and rate-limited to keep it real.
Add your own earning rules — bring-in service appointment, machine trade-in, block-of-the-month enrollment, anything. If you can name it, you can point it.
Four default tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum — each with their own perks. Rename them, retheme them, adjust the thresholds, or add your own custom tier. The higher members climb, the more the perks compound.
Not every loyalty program can hand out fabric credits or free class seats. BCC Rewards is built for sewing dealers — the redemption catalog is designed around what your customers actually want.
A cash-equivalent credit on their next purchase. Set the ratio yourself — the classic redemption.
A complimentary seat in any regular class on your Classes calendar. Great for pulling students back through the door.
Waive shipping on their next online order. Small point cost, big smile — especially on bulky fabric orders.
A curated bundle from your top-selling notions. Choose what’s in each bundle and refresh the mix any time.
Points toward a machine tune-up, cleaning, or repair. Turns a service visit into another reason to come in.
A seat at your next trunk show, retreat, or BERNINA rep demo. Scarce, memorable, high-perceived-value.
Members can convert points into a donation to a local sewing charity or quilt-for-good program. Feel-good, brand-positive.
Anything you can offer, you can put in the catalog. Set the point cost, cap the redemptions per member, or make it seasonal — total flexibility.
BCC Rewards ships with sensible defaults so you can turn it on today. But the real value is that every rule is a setting you can change — without waiting on Indition, without a support ticket, without code.
Every action — purchase, review, referral, birthday, class, share — is a toggle with a point value you edit any time.
Slide Bronze/Silver/Gold/Platinum wherever they fit your customers’ behaviour. Rename or add tiers if the defaults aren’t your style.
Add, remove, or seasonalize rewards. Cap redemptions per member, per week, or per lifetime — whatever protects the economics.
Program name, tier names, tier colors, badge icons — everything is themable to match your dealership. It’s your loyalty program, not ours.
Points can expire after 6 months, 12 months, never — your call. Same for daily earning caps if you want to guard against gaming.
A dedicated member dashboard shows balance, tier progress, points history, available rewards, and the next milestone. Same wallet whether they buy online or walk into the store.
Every action your rewards program drives is measurable. Members, redemptions, points issued, points redeemed, revenue attributed to rewards. Watch the loop tighten in real time.
You can turn it on today with the defaults (10 pts per $1, four tiers, a starter reward catalog) and be live within an hour. Most dealers spend another week or two customizing — picking their earning rules, tuning tier thresholds, filling the catalog with dealer-specific rewards. Both work. The engine is the same either way.
One wallet across both. A customer who buys a machine at the counter earns points that show up on their online account the moment the sale posts. Same for redemptions — a member can spend rewards points online or at the register. That’s the whole reason it’s native to BCC and not a third-party bolt-on.
Full. Every earning action is a toggle with an editable point value. Every tier threshold is a number you can move. Every reward in the catalog is one you added, priced, and capped. You can also rename the program, retheme the badges, add custom tiers, seasonal multipliers, and rules like “double points on class enrollments in July” without any code.
Yes — the catalog is fully editable. Name the reward, set its point cost, upload an image, set a redemption cap if you want, and it’s live for members. Popular custom rewards from our dealer network: rotary cutter blades bundle, one-hour private lesson, embroidery hoop set, quilt binding service, and dealer-branded totes.
Three paths: (1) from your storefront — a “Join Rewards” block on any page opens a one-field email signup, (2) at checkout — a small “Earn 200 pts on this order” nudge lets them opt in with the same email they’re paying with, (3) at the counter — POS has a “Add to Rewards” button. Any of the three creates the wallet instantly.
Members get a full self-service dashboard: current balance, tier and progress to next, points history (every earn and every spend, dated), available rewards, upcoming tier perks, and referral link. It’s the second-most-visited page on most dealer storefronts once the program is running.
Active members, points issued, points redeemed, points-driven revenue, repeat purchase rate, top rewards, top earning actions, tier distribution, and a members list with balances. Every view exports to CSV. Slice by tier, member, or reward type. If you’re running the Marketing Automation module, you can also segment audiences by rewards behaviour for targeted campaigns.
